With its 650mm blade it will slice through a full slate cleanly and accurately in one stroke rather than chopping or nibbling which takes longer and is harder to keep a straight edge

Blade should never need replacing in normal use but if damaged can be replaced quite easily as it is held in slot by 3 bolts and not permanently welded to arm as with some other cutters
- Cuts to 12mm thick and not limited to 7mm as with hand held cutters and small slate choppers
- Gives neat feathered edge to slate
- Fitted with pin for holeing
- Ideal for trimming used slates to smaller size quickly and accurately
- Side location for angled cutting for valleys and hips and repeat cutting to same size for "under office" ( 1st row ) or row next to ridge.
- Can be used on the roof,on a bench or freestanding on the floor
